For "Jews" by definition are followers of Pharisees and Talmud, Babylonian Talmud finally written-out in 500 AD. Thus Jews follow the "Oral Law Tradition" by which Torah (first 5 books of OT) is INTERPRETED ("midrash") by the rabbis, this then formally demonstrated in aforementioned Talmud.
