"FB" Is Pretty Hopeless
(Apollonian, 11 Jan 19)

"FB" obviously played "competitive sports" whence he was administered a few too many hits to the head area, unfortunately for him, ho ho ho. He was probably dropped on his head by his mom.

FB admits, quoting someone else, <blockquote>"...Germany was doomed from day one..."</blockquote>

Well yeah, fool, as Germany was attacked like it was attacked by the conspiratorial Entente powers of WWI (see Docherty and Macgregor, "Hidden History..."), UK and France declaring war in 1939 after Germany reacted to Poles threatened war over Danzig, which Poles vowed to take, UK making an offensive alliance w. Poles in March 1939.

Don't forget Germany was all but totally dis-armed after WWI whence it wasn't even able to defend against Poles illegally appropriating German territory against League of Nations plebiscites. So it's understood Germany was doomed--it was doomed since 1904 when UK and French began to conspire against her.

And FB lies like a rug about Lend-Lease supplies which Soviets rec'd nearly 3 million tons by end of 1942 when it counter-attacked at Stalingrad. Soviets were NOTHING but a gross un-grateful charity case fm its very inception in 1917--it never was anything but an experiment in oppression and social-control by the Western oligarchs. FB needs a new brain.

That ‘article’ I linked to is a wikipedia entry which is notorious for presenting slanted info and mainstream sources that are in line with its political agenda…

A perfect example are those snippets you refer to…the Khruchev quote comes from a 2005 book by his son Sergei…who is a US citizen…

The Stalin quote is from the 1943 Tehran Conference where he said this…

‘Without American production the United Nations [the Allies] could never have won the war.’

This is not the same as saying that without lend lease the Russians could not have defeated Germany…the context of Stalin’s remarks is clearly the overall ALLIED war effort which war also included the war against Japan…

The wikipedia article neglects to provide any of the prevalent views within the Russian military that the lend lease material did not make a difference either way…the demise of the Germans was inevitable…and many serious historians share that view…such as Geoffrey Roberts definitive 2008 book Stalin’s Wars…in which he provides detailed info on war production and concludes that Germany was doomed from day one simply because it’s industry could not match the output of Russia…

So those out of context snippets in wikipedia may be of consolation to sore losers who are trying to rewrite the results of the ‘big game’ after losing…with the old ‘coulda shoulda woulda’ line of kvetching…you obviously have never played competitive sports since no one ever taught you not to resort to this kind of whimpering…

But the facts are stated in the numbers…the Russians received only one third the lend lease that the British received…and most of it came after 1943, when the war was already won…numbers can’t be twisted…

It could in fact be argued much more seriously that the Russians rolling up the Japanese in Manchuria was the key to the US beating the Japs…

@FB

Read the rest of the article you linked. Krushchev, Stalin, Russian historians, all agree that the Soviet Union could not have defeated Germany without US Lend Lease.

@apollonian

What ‘facts’ cockroach…?…I’m the one who provided the facts…first of all the lend-lease bs is only an ‘issue’ with uneducated and illiterate riff-raff and is not an issue in any serious professional historical discussion…

Like I said already…the numbers tell the story…

You’ll notice that the bulk of the lend-lease came in 1943 and especially 1944…1941 was practically nothing…and 1942 was only 14 percent of the total…

Also the fact that Britain RECEIVED THREE TIMES AS MUCH

Even France received one third that of Russia and what did France do…or Britain for that matter…?

This may be news to an illiterate cockroach like yourself, but at the time of the Russian victory at Stalingrad…the entire British nation heaved a giant, collective sigh of relief…

‘Britain’s conservative The Daily Telegraph proclaimed that the victory had saved European civilisation. The country celebrated “Red Army Day” on 23 February 1943.

A ceremonial Sword of Stalingrad was forged by King George VI. After being put on public display in Britain, this was presented to Stalin by Winston Churchill at the Tehran Conference later in 1943.’

‘Before its presentation, the sword was exhibited around the United Kingdom like a religious icon, including at Westminster Abbey, which formed a pivotal scene in Evelyn Waugh’s wartime trilogy Sword of Honour.’

You can read about the Sword of Stalingrad here… Britons of that generation that are still alive know very well the historical truth…little pathetic cockroaches like you were never of any significance…nor ever will be…

I am a reader and I decided that you are an imbecile. Land-lease schemes are not based on some fake humanism to help a weak side win. It’s the one who lands and leases who is the weak side and helps the ones that can do the jobs that the lend-leaser can’t. Nothing to be proud of really.

@apollonian

Forget about the Lend-Lease to the Soviets. You know which Lend-Lease program you should really, really be proud of? The Land-Lease program to the Taliban. Was that a brilliant idea or what? It was so brilliant, that you couldn’t have come up with it yourselves, you had to hire that stupid Polak Brzezinski to do it for you.

And he defended it till the day he died – the rotten dog. He said something along the lines: How can you even think between supporting Islam and having opportunity to defeat Communism. And it’s a gift that keeps on giving for your country.

You’ll never get out of there, not with your dignity intact anyway, unless you find someone else to Lend-Lease that war to. Maybe the Chinese? Oh, wait, you already made them too powerful by Lend-Leasing them your manufacturing sector, so that wouldn’t be a good idea. But keep on looking, I am sure you’ll come up with some stunning strategic plan.
